Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the moonvine.io website and the Moonvine service (collectively, the “Service”) operated by North Street Creative, Inc., d/b/a Moonvine (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service

Moonvine is a web-based service that provides website monitoring, intelligence reports, and related tools. We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans.

Accounts

When you create an account, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the website.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are listed on the website and do not include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period—you will retain access until then.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If we cancel your subscription for any reason, we will refund any unused portion of the current billing period.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
