    You’re in and out of checkout as fast as you can say, “Stripe.” We use your email (@yourcompany.com) to identify your site (www.yourcompany.com) and our data pipeline starts ripping. What’s actually included in The Weekly?
A custom weekly intelligence brief delivered every Monday morning to your inbox. It covers your website analytics, SEO and AI search visibility, competitor social performance, earned media, ranked action items, setup support, and ongoing improvements to the Weekly workflow.
How does The Weekly know which website to monitor?
The website we monitor is the one in your email address. If you sign up as sarah@yourcompany.com, we monitor yourcompany.com. No separate domain form to fill out, no mismatch to worry about.
Can I sign up with a personal email address?
The Weekly is built for brands and businesses, so we ask that you sign up with your business email — the one tied to the domain you want monitored. Personal email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and the rest) aren’t supported at checkout. If you don’t have a business email for your brand yet, reach out to hello@moonvine.io and we’ll get you set up manually.
My company runs multiple websites. Can one subscription cover all of them?
Each subscription covers one primary domain. If your brand operates on multiple domains (for example, brand.com and brand.co), you’ll want a separate subscription per domain. For groups of three or more, email hello@moonvine.io about volume pricing.
Do I need a credit card for the 30-day free trial?
Yes. A card is required to start your trial, but you are not charged for 30 days. On day 29 we send a reminder, and on day 30 your first invoice processes — unless you cancel, which you can do at any point during the trial with zero cost.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel any time during the first 30 days and you pay nothing. You’ll keep access to the features until the trial ends, then your subscription lapses. No fine print.
What happens after 30 days?
On day 30, your first invoice processes at the cadence you chose — either monthly ($249) or annual ($2,388, which works out to about 2 months free). You keep getting the Weekly every Monday. You can switch between monthly and annual, pause, or cancel from your account at any time.
Is The Weekly really worth $249/month?
At minimum, we’re doing the work a fractional CMO or an analyst would charge for weekly — pulling from 10 different tools, synthesizing into insight, and giving you ranked next steps. If it saves you one good decision per month, it pays for itself several times over. The 30-day trial exists so you can make that call with receipts, not a pitch.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The Weekly starts from your business email domain, onboarding details, and the data sources we connect with you. You do not need to install anything to begin receiving reports.
